This involves a conversion efficiency issue. If the conversion efficiency of the onboard charger is 90%, the power output of the charging pile per hour is 7kW h, and the power input into the battery is 7kW h×0.9=6.3kWh per hour, which is what we usually call 6.3 kWh.
